My cousin did a pay it forward on her blog a while back and I signed up for it. (That's why I made the snow blocks in Dec.) A couple of days ago, I got a package in the mail that said pay it forward. When I opened it, this is what was inside. Cute, right! It totally matches my lime green kitchen even! Thanks Tammy, I love it!

Girls Night Out!

Do you ever just need a night out- no kids, no men?

Well we did!

So, we hopped in the jeep last night and went to town to have a girls night out!

It was so much fun!

We went to see New Moon

(Annette and I had seen it once before, Valerie got to see it for the first time)

and afterwards we went out for some food... and of course some dessert too!

Thanks ladies for a great (much needed) girls night out!

It was a blast!

Can I get a WoOt wOoT!!

I am so excited about our newest remodel!!! Up until 9 days ago, we have had to walk outside from our garage and up the stairs to get into the house. Now we walk up the new stairs in the garage, and through our NEW DOOR, right into the house! It has been wonderful! Now I just have to touch up a couple of spots with some red paint and it's done!

No more walking outside through the snow and leaving a big fat Wet Mess (for Mom to clean up) when we come in the house- WoOt wOoT!!

Safety 1st...

This is what I saw when I walked downstairs. Not sure why he needed a helmet to watch "Cars" with his turtles, but apparently he did! Safety 1st I guess!

Kyler had his first pinewood derby last night. Stan helped him make his wicked awesome car.
He called it "the dark bolt."

All the boys recieved a giant Symphony bar with an award for their car. Kyler's award was for the "shiniest paint job!" (Which was fitting, since it was painted in the paint booth at the shop with the same equipment that paints all the real cars!)
Thanks Grandma and Grandpa H. for coming out to watch with us! It was a fun night!
