Disney World- Magic Kingdom

The boys were so excited to meet the one and only
MICKEY MOUSE!
Another one of their faves, Pluto!

This was an interactive show called Monsters Inc. Laugh Floor. While you are waiting for the show to start, there is a # you can text a joke to and it may or may not get used in the show. Well, Kyler texted a joke, and they used it in the show! That was pretty cool. He was so excited!

This is Tomorrowland Speedway. The kids really liked this ride. Stan and I liked letting the kids drive! :)

Kyler rippin' it up on the track!

This is Mickey Mouse's garage.

And this is his garden. Why don't my pumpkins look like that! We also walked through Mickey's house. The boys thought it was pretty awesome!

This was a kids roller coaster ride called Goofy's Barnstormer. Corden decided he wasn't going to like it before we got on (roller coaster)! And guess what he said when the ride was over? That's right, he hated it!

Here we are on the Mad Tea Party. This is a fun ride that you can get really nauseous on!

Some pictures of the parade.
Beauty and the Beast.

Cinderella, her Prince, and the Fairy Godmother.

Mickey and Minnie Mouse.

Mickey Mouse ice cream bars! Why do they taste so much better than regular ice cream bars??

Behind us in this picture is Splash Mountain.

Everyone LOVED this ride! We were shocked! We thought for sure Corden wasn't going to like it and we'd only be able to go on it one time, but he loved it! So we went on it over and over again! What a great time we had at the Magic Kingdom!

Disney World- Hollywood Studios

This is Mickey's giant sorcerer hat at Hollywood Studios.
There is a Honey I Shrunk the Kids play area where everything is huge like in the movie when the kids are in the backyard. The kids had a lot of fun playing there. They even got to go for a ride on Antee!

Corden had to have his picture taken with the Power Rangers! (Of course.)

How cool are these boys!! Hanging out with Lightning McQueen and Mator- Lucky!

We ate lunch at the Sci-Fi Dine in Theater while we were at Hollywood Studios. Everyone gets their own car to sit in while they eat and watch movies on the big drive-in movie screen! It was really cool!

Getting ready to go on the 4-D Toy Story Mania ride. The boys really liked the sweet glasses!

Outside of the Toy Story Mania ride, the army men were walking around doing and saying funny stuff.

They did a show and picked some kids from the audience to participate. Corden was picked and did such a great job! They were so funny!

This was the Star Wars ride. (One of Corden's favorites.) I think he went on it 10 times!

On the way in to the ride there were ships and robots. It was really neat.

Kyler is sitting by the Huge guitar on the front of the Rockin' Roller Coaster building. This was Kyler's absolute favorite ride! He loved it!

The roller coaster looked like a Cadillac stretch limo! It shoots you up to 60 miles per hour in a matter of just seconds rather that taking you slowly up and dropping fast! Then you just go like mad with Aerosmith music blasting as you go. It is totally awesome!

LOVED IT!!!

This is the elevator you get on to go on The Tower of Terror Ride. Stan and I love this ride!

Here we are waiting for the elevator doors to open. Corden was sure while we were waiting in line that he was going to hate it! And guess what, he did! But he was so brave to try it and find out! We really had fun at Hollywood Studios! If we ever go again though, I don't think we'll be able to talk Corden into going on Tower of Terror again!

Disney World- EPCOT Center

This is the great big ball that is at EPCOT Center. In the day time it is silver, but at night it is multicolored from all of the lights. Pretty Cool!
These little kids performed their acrobatics at the China Pavilion. They were amazing!

Getting ready to get on Test Track. Corden was a little bit nervous about getting into a "fast car" that didn't have a top on it! He ended up liking it, except for the part when we went really fast around the corner!

This was where we waited to get on the ride, MISSION: SPACE. There were two- One that was less intense, one that was more intense.

First we did the less intense one. It was great! Then we did the more intense one.... we all felt a little uneasy in the belly region when it was over! Not sure how many G's... but we all felt it.

There are so many awesome and unexpected things at Disney World! We were just walking along when we noticed that the ground under our feet was twinkling with lights. It was so wild!

This is outside of Turtle Talk with Crush. It was an interactive show.

Crush talks to the kids and asks them questions. He had found this and wanted to know if any of the kids could tell him what it was. They laughed SO hard!

During the show a couple of kids got picked by crush to talk with him and ask him questions. He picked Corden and had him talk like a turtle! Sweet! Totally Sweet Dude!

After the show you go out and there is a play area for the kids where there was this huge Bruce! So the kids got in. Kyler was holding Bruce's mouth open with his brute strength so that Corden didn't get his arm bitten off!
We had an incredible time at EPCOT!

Disney World- Animal Kingdom

This is just one example of the awesome parade floats that we got to see at the Animal Kingdom.
Stan, Me, Kyler and Corden at Animal Kingdom. Some nice man took this picture for us.

There was a ride called Kilimanjaro Safaris where you get on a safari bus and go for a somewhat wild ride while viewing wild animals right by you. We had to stop and wait for this Rhino because he was right in front of us! How awesome is that!?!

The giraffes were stunning! So beautiful!

There was an area that had all different kinds of bongos set up that the kids could make music on. The boys really had fun playing on them!

Stan and the boys had so much fun on the Triceratop Spin ride! Check it out, Thumbs up from all three of them!

Stan and the boys in front of the Tree of Life.

Me and the boys in front of the Tree of Life. That tree is huge! There is a movie theater inside of the trunk of it where you watch a 3-D show with characters from the movie, It's a Bug's Life.

This roller coaster ride is called Expedition Everest. You get on the "train" and start heading up... up... up... when you come to a quick stop because a giant yeti has torn up the tracks! Then all of a sudden, you start going really fast backwards! It was awesome! You do end up turning around and finishing the ride going forward. It was so much fun!!

I took this picture after we went on Kali River Rapids. Kyler got soaked from head to toe! Corden... nice and dry! But don't worry, Kyler wasn't cold because it was a nice 80 degrees! Such a nice break from the 30 degree weather we were having the morning we left for Florida!
We got to watch Nemo the musical at Animal Kingdom too but the pictures didn't really turn out since it was dark and there was no flash photography allowed. It was so good! The kids didn't know what it was going to be like, (I think they thought we were just going to sit there and watch Finding Nemo or something) because they didn't seem too excited about it when we walked into the theater. But it was incredible and they really enjoyed it!

Our Disney World Trip (Day One)

We started out on a very early, very foggy morning! After we boarded the plane, we had to sit and wait for 45 minutes because the fog was to heavy to take off. We were a little bit nervous because our layover in Denver was only a 45 minute layover! Luckily our pilot made up some time in the air and we caught our connecting flight to Florida with a couple of minutes to spare! Check out that fog! That's our plane... the boys were so excited!
When we got to the airport in Orlando, we got on a bus (Disney's Magical Express) and were on our way to DISNEY WORLD!!! We were able to sit in the very front and got the best view as we drove through the entrance to Walt Disney World.

Our hotel room had a Nemo/Under the Sea theme. The bed spread and wall border were Nemo, and some of the walls looked like waves in the water.

After we got checked in and settled, we went to the Magic Kingdom. First we ate dinner, then we watched a night time light parade. It was a great way to start out at Disney World! After the parade, there was a fireworks show right behind, above, and to the sides of Cinderella's Castle. It was amazing!

After the fireworks we went on some rides. This is Zurg (Buzz Lightyear's enemy/Dad). He was waiting at the end of the Buzz Lightyear Space Ranger Spin ride. The kids thought that he was really awesome.

And so did Stan!

Goofy!!! This is one of my boys' absolute favorite Disney characters! They were thrilled when they spotted him! High five on both sides Goofy!!

I think this was one of Corden's favorite rides- yep, that's right, he likes the slow moving ones!

I kinda liked it too! It was one of the only rides that Stan and I got to sit by each other on!

This was pretty fun to watch. They pulled pretty hard and then Kyler said, "man, it's really stuck in there!" I don't know why they thought they'd be able to pull it out, they've seen Sword in the Stone about five hundred times! Stan and I didn't even try, we already knew that neither one of us were meant to be King!
I took about 260 pictures while we were there, so I am dividing my next few blog entries up so they don't seem so long.
I need to give a big THANK YOU to ANNETTE and to my PARENTS for taking such great care of Ryker while we were on our trip with Kyler and Corden.
THANK YOU SO MUCH!
